Cen Pac Properties has been a Honolulu property management company for 50 years. We were incorporated in 1964 here in Hawaii. Since that time, we’ve learned a lot, realizing long ago that our job is to prevent obsolescence.
Physical, functional, and economic obsolescence are inevitable, just like “death and taxes”. Any building, regardless of its design, is headed down that slow road to obsolescence.
The important question is “When?” We firmly believe that a good property manager plays a major role in ensuring that “When?” is in the distant future. In other words, we know our job is to not only maintain your real estate, but also its value so your investment is secure
